But what really, really annoyed (or, perhaps, pissed me off) today was Mr. Goldman's use of feedback to shut the actors up. That is fucking unacceptable. Mmm, the question now is what to do about it. I'm tempted to yell down from the booth (or use the god mic) next time he does that... Of course, not saying his name, but targeted at sound in general. Maybe "SOUND GUYS, IF I HEAR FEEDBACK ONE MORE TIME, I'M GOING TO RIP YOUR BALLS OFF." Or maybe printing out a large, multipage poster that says "FEEDBACK IS BAD!". Something along the lines of the "SEXUAL HARASSMENT IS ALLOWED AND ENCOURAGED" poster in the booth (probably got the wording wrong, whatever.)
