Phooie.
I'm running MacOS X 10.4.10, MacBook Pro (Santa Rosa).
Error on starting the client:
"Error 51: Unable to communicate with the VPN subsystem.
Please make sure that you have at least one network interface that is currently active and has an IP address and start this application again."
From the console:
"privsep: unable to drop privileges: group set failed.
QString::arg(): Argument missing: Error 51: Unable to communicate with the VPN subsystem.
Please make sure that you have at least one network interface that is currently active
and has an IP address and start this application again., 4"
Ran the uninstaller script: /private/opt/cisco-vpnclient/bin/vpn_uni
[edit] Nevermind. I snagged a newer version (vpnclient-darwin-4.9.01.0080-universal-k
The new icon is the ugly. Gonna go try Shimo, the sexy menu interface for the Cisco VPN client.
